PMC update:

12/20/2009

Today we went to Excelencia Cristiana with Pastor Mario and Sister Lupita. We had a marvelous time in Jesus Praising the Lord. Our puppet show is over the top and had everyone rolling with laughter.

We were blessed with two clowns this day Vero (gozita/little joy) and her husband Chuy( Arcoidis/ rainbow). This was Chuy’s first time but he did an awesome job. Chuy, has only been saved for about7 months and wow what a difference Jesus has made in his life. He is game for whatever we do for Jesus and he is so full of the joy of the Lord is was just a pleasure having him with us.

We had a small turn out only half of what were expected 27 kids all together instead of 50 but God was with us and we had a great time. The children were so excited and pleased with the show the gifts and the food, nachos with chili beans and cheese.

Praise God this is number 5 down and two more to go! God is good.

Thanks for your continued prayers and please remember we could not do this without you!

All our love and God bless you continually,

PMC up date:

Fifty or so singing, hopping, shouting and laughing children

from the ages of 13 and under at La Pena, filled our evening

on Wednesday. It was a wonderful evening and the kids truly

had a great time. Their faces just lit up with joy at the sight of their

gifts. Vero played the clown this time and she made a adorable little girl

clown in pig-tails and rosy cheeks. The boys did a awesome job on the

puppet show and everyone was laughing and enjoying the message.

We feasted on super nachos and fruit punch and watched the

Children receive their gifts with true joy. One of the mother’s came to

Me to thank me explaining to me that they could not afford to

buy gifts this year as things had been especially hard this year for

them and the only thing her son wanted was a soccer ball. Guess

what he got for his Christmas gift, that’s right a soccer ball. Her

and her son were thrilled and truly knew Jesus had sent us to

answer a Christmas wish of a precious little boy. God is so good

and he knows us so well, our desires, dreams and wishes and he is always

faithful to. Well this makes two down and five to go!

We are so blessed to get to be used of God in this way, and so thrilled to

have you as a partner with us, in our endeavor to reach out to the children of

Mexico with the Love of Jesus. Christmas is such a special time and we are truly blessed.

Thank you; please continue to pray for us as we continue the programs

of Project Merry Christmas over the next week and a half.

We thank God for you and will continue to keep you in our

Prayers too.

All our Love and may God’s blessing fill your heart and life especially

at this special time of the year, CHRISTmas.

Today we had a Pastors tea for all the Pastors wives of the churches who we work with. It was a fun day. We had 10 pastors wives come and five of the husbands too. We had wonderful time and each lady took home a wonderful Christmas gifts too. We also welcomed the new baby girl of Pastors Jaun Carlos and Yesica with some beautiful gifts. We also gave a bag of baby clothes that were donated to us and we just want to say thanks for the clothes. They were beautiful and really appreciated. There was so many I was able to bless 3 ladies who had new born babies with them today. God is so good and his provision is abundant. We played a couple of games, visited, ate, and just plain old enjoyed each other’s company and celebrating Jesus.

I have attached a couple of photos of the tea and hope you enjoy them. I will also send along in a separate attachment some pictures of the first PMC program.

We love you and thank you for your prayers and support. We hope you are celebrating this wonderful holiday season with your loved ones as we are.

God bless you in all you and all you put your hands too!

December 12, 2009 , Up date

We awoke to gray skies and a definite bitter cold covering Tijuana this morning, but nothing could hamper our excitement as we prepared for our first program of PMC (Project Merry Christmas).

It has not be any means been a perfect day as the Pastor who was suppose to come for us did not arrive. Scott and I decided to take a load over to the church and then go back for whoever the Pastor could not fit in his car. Upon our arrival at the church we were greeted by the Pastor who then explained he was having car trouble and he could not get his car started. Now, I understood why he did not show up at our prearranged hour. Then he went on to explain he also ran out of gas for the stove and was headed to buy a tank right now. Then he mentioned he would also bring back with him the water we needed to make the juice for the kids to have with their lunch.

I smiled to myself and said a prayer for the Lord to help us get through this day without any more incidents or mishaps. I just thank God Scott was home to help us out today. Praise God, he knew and had us covered, God is so good!

Well truly everything else went off without a hitch. We had a great program with a clown and games, songs and a puppet show and to top off the day super nachos and gifts. We only had 30 children because the rains have been torrential and not many in this area can get out of their houses in this kind of rain let alone make to the church. But, still the day was blessed and we all had a good time.

My team is awesome and I am so blessed and proud of them and how they worked and behaved today.

Well this is one down and six more to go. It seemed today the favorite gift of the day was the soccer balls and porcelain doll. I thought the little girl who got the doll was going to cry. She told me a voice of pure awe that her Mama was going to love this. I said to her, I do not care if her Mama loves it or not I want her to get a gift she will love. She looked at me with huge eyes, a little like maybe I was crazy but managed to say she too would love it and take good care of it.

God is so good and the kids truly were blessed and everyone was happy and thankful, even if it did rain like cats and dogs.

Thanks for your support for this program and us here in Tijuana Mexico.

Love and God bless you,

The Barnets and Team PMC

Nov. 30th

I have been shopping like a mad woman and thanking God for all the good deals I am finding. Then this morning I woke up and checked the calendar and to my great surprise there is only twelve days left until our first program of Project Merry Christmas (PMC). Time goes so quickly and it seems before I know it, Christmas will have arrived.

I am blessed to have such a great team again this year working with us for PMC. Angie my dear friend is heading up the songs and puppet part of the program. Her assistants are again from last year, Kenny, Christian, Cesar, Eddie, and this year Angie’s boys are helping out, Misael and Antonio. Vero Eddie’s mom is taking over the clown this year, as our Norma is unable to participate, God bless her and I am sure we will see her next year. Of course Annalyn is going to be here to help me and she is bringing a friend, Lena, so we will have lots of help and of course we have you, thank you. I am so excited and thrilled that the Lord has blessed this program and allows us to do this for the children. When we first started this program we had about 50 children the first year and maybe 60 the second. Now this year we will have close to 400 in the end and it is a joy. The parents appreciate the gifts for their children, but it is the smiles and giggles of the children themselves that really grabs my hearts. So many of these children have never received a gift before us and it is just so precious to be a part of this event. Even more special and important are these children who do not just get a toy, they see a live puppet show, have a good lunch, and the greatest of all they learn about Jesus and his love for them. Nothing compares to sowing seeds of love into God glorious kingdom knowing one day he will bring in a harvest as we know Gods word does not return to him empty but fulfills every plan he has.

I still have so much a head of me to do but wanted to take this minute to say again please keep all of us and this program in your prayers over the next 4 weeks please pray for us and thanks for all you do and for your prayers which avail much in our lives and Gods kingdom.

Please Have a very blessed and wonderful Christmas and remember to celebrate with people you love as God is all about relationship and fellowshipping.

We love you, and pray Gods best for you,

Scott, Jeanine, Annalyn and Kenny

Helping the Pastors, Blessing body and reaching out to the lost!THere is still time to help if you feel lead!

Nov. 25th

Today we are celebrating Thanksgiving here in Tijuana Mexico as this is Scott's day off and Alex Pina could get off early today too, so we are celebrating! Truly we have so much to be thankful for in our lives. God is beyond good and his faithfulness knows no bounds. Praise God for this and for his mighty love. We have had a marvelous year, full of battles and struggles and ups and downs but in the end what a awesome year and always the victory has been ours!

Today we are reflecting over our year and looking closely at all God has done and we are awed by him and his handy work, and mercy in our lives. We have been blessed with family here in Tijuana and family in Washington and our hearts are so full of love. We are so blessed and honored to have you in our lives. You are never far from our thoughts or out of our prayers and I just want to take a minute to say we love you and on this special day of reflection and thanksgiving we want you to know we are thinking about you and thanking God your in our lives.

Have a blessed and beautiful Day of Thanksgiving
God bless you and lots of love to you,

Update

Hey Girls been thinking. I know God is still speaking to me over things from the retreat and I started wondering if anything is still happening to you and or being revealed from your time down here and I would love to get some testimonies on file. So if you can and if you feel you want to share please do. I love you!

God is still speaking to me over being pregnant. That was so powerful for me and just hit me hard and is still working in me.
I am pregnant and going to be for the rest of my days. I loved being pregnant! and I love it now! He is truly and undeniable living in me. How awesome is that that God loved me so much as to cover me and plant in me his seed of love! Oh, that just brings me to my knees. I even asked Pastor Miguels permission to use that at a women's special service I spoke at this last Saturday night! Man it was good and powerful. Do you my dearest friends understand how powerful you are and how much God loves you and will protect you and his seed in you. With the life of Jesus. There is nothing he will not do for us. Oh, how awesome is the God we serve. King of Kings, Lord of Lord ! Glory, I am excited to be alive and serving him and carrying his seed. I am truly blessed! We are truly blessed! I can just not believe how awesome the retreat was for me and I am also so worried it will not be good and no one will want to come back. God always shows up where we gather in his name and he is always faithful to feed the hungry. He is our portion and provision..

Well I truly want to hear from you Girls! Love you and God bless you, Jeanine

Baja Soul Patrol November 16, 2009

Hello my Friend,

I just have to give a little testimony and Glory to our Father.

In the last month(less than 30 days really, about 3 weeks) we have been to three new churches for the

Glory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We preached and ministered in an anniversary service, a special ladies service and another service with

a Pastor Jaime Rodieguez. God is continually opening new doors for us to walk through and we are

faithful to go. God is so good and also good at keeping us busy. We have so much work to do for our

King. Not just us here, but all of us together as the family of God and his chosen people; we have so

much work to do. Truly the harvest is ready, but we need workers to step up and take their places

in the family business, the business of harvesting. It is our job to reach out to the lost, broken hearted,

abandoned, and hurting in the love of Jesus. It is the purpose of all God’s children to lead people to

Christ and to point the way to him with our very lives. I know this is such a busy time for everyone, us

too truly, but still let’s all remember, this wonderful Holiday season, the real reason we live today; we

are purpose birthed. Born of a purpose and called to fulfill a destiny. Let’s let our lights shine with

renewed vigor and determination to reach out to others in love and mercy for His Name Sake. Let his

people remember now is the time, and rise up to take our places in the field for our King and his

kingdom, that we may see a great harvest at this most precious time of the year. When we celebrate

the birth of Jesus our Savior.

We love you dearly, and want only the best God has for you and your families. Be blessed and

continually filled with his glorious presence and power. Remember God is good!

His servants and yours,

Love the Barnets, Scott, Jeanine, Annalyn and Kenny and Abram, Angie, Tonio, Misa too!

Sep. 9th

Praise God, and greetings and salutations in the name of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus,

We have had such a blessed summer, now the summer is gone and we are hard at work preparing for the next season of things we must get done and looking ahead to our Christmas programs.

I just want to thank all of you who, while I was in Washington gave to our program Project Merry Christmas. The van God blessed us with in our time in Washington was stuffed from floor to ceiling with barely enough space to sit in.

Your generosity always blesses and overwhelms me. We so appreciate your commitment to God and to working with us. It is such a joy and blessing to have you in our lives working to further the Kingdom of God. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

As December draws closer we are so busy, I wanted to take time now to remind you there is still time to participate in Project Merry Christmas if you have not had the opportunity.

This year, Confirming the Word, the church association we work with has grown by two new churches with the possibility of a third in the next month or so. This adds another 50 children at least to our list 350 for Christmas. That’s 400 children and youth, but I know God will provide as he always has. He is so good and faithful.

We have four months to Christmas and I know the time will fly for us as well as for you. So please take a moment now to think about this and pray; ask the Lord if he would have you be a part of this marvelous program this year and help bring joy in the form of a Christmas present to a child who might not have one with out you.

Your contributions or gifts can be sent to us The Barnets directly or through Koinonia our missions covering and receive your tax deduction for charitable donations.

God bless you and again thank you, for being a part of what we do for Jesus.

Retreat

Well Ladies the push is on for me! We spent hours and hours yesterday clearing out boxes and re-arranging things and getting the rooms set up better for you all! Man it was hard work but worth it and we are just so excited down here. We have made some exciting changes to the program and we can not wait to see what you all think. Hey, I know God is going to move so it is not too late to bring a Sister who needs to be refreshed and encouraged and spurred on in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Please commit this time to prayer and do some fasting too please for things to just be broke off and freedom like never before to fall down from heaven. Not just for our time together but over our lives totally that we may all be changed for his glory. That we may shine with his love and presence in such a way we do not even have to say a word to be a good witness for his name. That our lives will be so radically changed it will set our churches on fire and our families too! Let make our Lord God proud of us Ladies and walk in the victory!!!

Love you all so dearly, God bless you richly.
See you soon.
Love your sister and servant, Jeanine

June Up Date

Tijuana Mexico June up Date:

God is good! We hit June running and we have not stopped yet! We went on June 7th and ministered in a new little mission and boy, did we have a good service for sure! The Pastor is a very young man but God is using him greatly. The Lord gave me a word for him. Not to worry about his age, that now was a time where God was raising up the young to fill in the gaps and minister. It seems where the older generation, but not old have not willing to step up to do what God has been calling them to, the younger generation are hungry and willing, and being sent to take the empty places on the line. He is filling them with wisdom, fire and giving them a vision to do the big jobs ahead that we may think they are not ready for but that we were unwilling to do our selves. This young Pastor is willing and ready, and God says it is time and will give him what ever he needs to do the job. I am impressed and thrilled to see what all God is doing and will do! Let us all be encouraged to step up and be ready and willing as God is able!

June 11th
Our special friends and brothers in Christ the Hausers arrived on to spend nine days with us. Good times, Blessed times, we just love having them come and spend time with us. This trip they (Terry) actually installed brand new ceiling fans and lights the rest of us just did what we were told to! The church is looking so good and Pastor Carlos is so blessed and excited to have our family taking such an interest in the work here and jumping in and helping to complete the church. God is truly awesome!

June 12th
Scott and I celebrated 22 years of marriage and we both are looking ahead to the next 22 years!
God is so amazing and faithful.

June 14th
I preached in our church with Pastor Carlos Fuente de Agua Viva and it was so good to have Betty and Terry Hauser there with us. It was also not too hot with the new fans working and the lighting is amazing.
God’s provision to our lives is beyond compare.

June 16th
Anna and my Father Walt Parker arrived to work with us for a month.
We will be preaching in at least four different churches and many more services. It will be such a marvelous time in Christ Jesus. It is always a blessing to have my Daddy here to be a part of what we are doing here. It is the greatest gift of my year for Anna to be home with us once again! She has been in Washington State going to Olympic College where she is studying hard and preparing to come home one day and work with us here in Mexico. Kenny and I will be returning to Washington with my Father and Anna around July 24th. We should be in Washington around the 26 or so. So keep this in mind and let set the dates to get together.

June 20th
I ministered at a women’s retreat at Pastors Uribe’s church New Hope (Nuevo Esperanza).
God is so wonderful, we did not have a lot of women but God worked in each one and gave a very special word and touch to those who came. Truly it left me speechless and in awe of the Lord.

June 26th
My Father and I preached and ministered at our church Fuente de Agua Viva. God always shows up and this is a fantastic thing, with out him there no service worth the effort, but he never disappoints!

June 27th
Hot dog out reach! 300 hotdogs, fifteen gallons of juice and we are good to go. We go and share the love of Jesus, pray and feed the hungry, the down hearted, the lost, and the homeless. We love to do these out reaches and the people are always so excited to have us come and spend time with them. We ministered
to about 125 people and it was awesome.

June 28th
We ministered in Excelencia Cristiana with Pastor Mario. God is always amazing and there is nothing like how our Father moves and touches our lives and hearts. Wow, what a service!

We also gave out a Basket food this month, along with many other things. These are the highlights of our month but God is doing so much more then what we can convey through an email. We are also having lots of visitors to visit my visitors and my house if full daily it seems.

Please remember our on going events such as:

Project Merry Christmas
We work with 6 churches to provide Christmas gifts and the story of Jesus. We give out lunch and put on a Christmas program and give each of the children a Christmas gift. For many of the children we work with it is the only Christmas gift they have ever received. Your help with this program is a tremendous blessing for us. You can send a gift or your monetary donation for Project Merry Christmas/ Mexico. Please start now to send in your gifts or donations as we need to shop as early as possible as buying gifts for 350 children is a huge undertaking.

Hotdog Out Reaches
We also go out monthly to feed the homeless and those in need. We take with us Bibles or Bible tracks, 300 hotdogs, fifteen gallons of juice and the love of Jesus. We also take out clothes and such when we have them. This program is a blessing to so many people and we love to do this. Your donations for this program are a needed blessing and we truly appreciate your help in all we do for Jesus.

I have attached a few pictures of our highlights for you to be able to see what you are a part of here in Tijuana. We love you so dearly and thank you from the very deepest part of our hearts for partnering with us to reach out to Mexico with the love of Jesus and make a difference for the Kingdom of God.

Please keep us in your prayers as July looks to be as busy as June!

We love you and pray for the Lord to bless you and continually fill you with his power and love.

The Barnets, Scott, Jeanine, Annalyn and Kenny

Baja Soul Patrol Praise Report:

We had an awesome service last night! God’s power was awesome and he moved in such
magnificent way. Dad preached and I translated and man was it good!

We had 8 people come and give their lives to Jesus. God is just so good and we are so thankful for all he is doing here in Mexico. We are so blessed to get to be a part of what God is doing, and thrilled to have you be a part of what we do here also.

Nobody wanted to leave church after the service we stayed for a long time just singing, dancing, praising, and rejoicing in the Lord and his goodness.

Thank you for all you do to help us spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Glory to God his word says:

Isaiah 55:11
so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

God bless you and please continue to pray for us as the battles continues, but we know the victory is ours and we will rejoice!

Love,

The Barnets

Stolen Van update: 5-10-08

I am writing to give an up date on our van that was stolen the week before I left to go south on my mission trip to Guadalajara and Tepic.

There is no new up dates. It is still missing and the police do not think we will get it back. They feel this is an organized group doing this and it is taken directly to a chop shop where they take it apart for parts or it is repainted and made to look like a Mexican taxi but truly the most likely is dismantled for parts for the Tijuana taxis.

Well, we know God is much bigger then the police and it is truly what he thinks that counts! Please continue to pray for my vans return or God to do something else as he knows what is best.

Please also pray for me as I have no transportation to and from church or services or even to the store. I am with out a car totally.

Well we trust God in this, as we trust him with our very lives.

We love you and appreciate all your prayers.

God bless you,

Jeanine

Trip

We, Sister Lupita and I, were in Guadalajara for 10 days. It was an awesome time in Jesus. We went to an evangelistic out reach with Pastor Ralph and his family. It was held in a park about 6 blocks from their house. They had Christian music of all kinds and even a Rap group came. There were plays and an alter call. It was a blessed event and I know the first of many more to come.

We also preached in various services in Pastor Ralph’s church and ministered to the people, truly it was a blessing and God moved. There was deliverance and salvations. God is so powerful and faithful.

My cousin joined us in Guadalajara as she needed to take care of some business and needed an interpreter so I got to help her out. She was a blessing to have with us and she just fit right in and God just worked in her and used her and I know there was even purpose we do not yet know. God is so awesome that way.

We also preached in two other churches while in Guadalajara, with Pastor Norma and with Pastor Dario. These services were also blessed and powerful. God truly ministered to his people. My cousin, Rainbow even helped pray for people. It was awesome to witness Gods moving.

The spiritual battles were so heavy but the victories sweet and we are guaranteed the victory when the battle is the Lords. We so truly appreciate all you prayers over us.

Then it was good bye to Rainbow who God just gave such favor in all she needed to do and take care of and on to Tepic for us.

We stayed with my good friends Mingo and Esme from Tijuana, who are now living and helping in the church Esmirna with Pastor Lorenzo. Who has made the church there open to us and all we want to do! God is truly King and on the throne.

We held a women’s seminar at Esmirna where we made a wonderful lunch for the ladies and gave them all a gift and it was a truly blessed time. We also held a special day for Day of the Child (Dia Del NiƱo). We also made a special lunch of hot dogs and chips with juice. We played games had puppet shows, sang songs and everyone received a gift and a bag of candies. We had 100 children and adults and everyone ate and was blessed. The children were so happy, we were all happy.

At Esmirna we ministered at several regular services also. It was so good to see all the ladies from there and to see them doing well and the church growing. God is awesome and great! Those who stayed connected to the vine thrive.

We went to the house of one of the members of Esmirna who has been too weak to make it to the church for a year and prayed with her and her husband. We watched God touch her and raise her up and she even made to a service too. God is alive and still healing his people, Glory!

One night we went to pray with some family, of a member of Esmirna’s, and we had 3 ladies give their lives to Jesus and a sister in Christ also received deliverance of a spirit of suicide among other things. God is amazing and knows all we need to hear to be encouraged and uplifted.

We were also blessed to go to 3 new little missions with Pastor Phillip Tollman. The services were blessed and God ministered to his people with such great love and care.

Pastor Phillip has been a missionary in Mexico since coming with his parents when he was still a young man. I even had the privilege of meeting his mother, who along with her husband was missionaries to Africa for about 13 years before God eventually sent them to Mexico, where they still reside and have been for 30 years. She is an awesome woman of God and I truly enjoyed every second I had with her. Her and her husband now work and help their son’s ministry. They teach classes daily in a Bible school for Phillip along with many other duties and work. Phillip and his wife Luz are Pastors of about 8 churches and do so much for Jesus and spreading his gospel and love. I am blessed to know them and honored to be invited to minister in their churches.

All in all we were in Tepic for 12 days arriving and leaving included and we had only two days off. But we were blessed and saw God do awesome things.

One of my favorite testimonies is we met through our taxi driver Victor, a woman, Esmerelda who has 5 children. Her oldest Stefani is in a vegetable state after being struck down by a car 4 years ago. Her family cares for her with such love and dedication. We went daily to pray with this young girl and her family. The mother and 2 of her youngest children accepted Jesus in to their hearts. They others are saved also.

By the time we left Stefanie was following me with her good eye and she even squeezed my hand. I know God is touching her even now.

We got to know her family well and I even took the children for a day at the
pools to relax and have some fun. I taught her oldest boy Juan to swim. He is 15 and has not had the chance to learn to swim as he has hardly left the house for 2 years. He is afraid that if he leaves something will happen to his sister Stefani and he will not be there to help. His mother told me after the day out that Juan could not stop talking about learning to swim and how much fun they all had. We may not begin to know all the purposes God has for each moment in our lives but we can be sure there is purpose even in the smallest things.

The taxi driver a good friend of this family was telling me on our way to the bus station to head to the airport to go home how much we had ministered to his heart and life in our time in Tepic. We were amazed and thrilled as we had truly been praying for him also. He said we reminded him that with God there is always hope, no matter how bad things may seem, there is hope. God is the God of hope and he does care about his children. He also told us that if more people would love others more and try to help, and be a blessing to others they would have less time to worry about there own situations. God would use them more and touch the lives of more people, if we would just love others more and do what we can to show them Gods love.

He said this is what you have done for Tepic. You have left home, family, husband and children, to come and give hope to those who have forgotten that God is love and hope. He said my life has been changed forever and I am different and I have my hope back.

God willing, if we go back to Tepic in November we will spend more time with my new Sister Esmeralda and her wonderful family, Juan 15, Hector 13, Luis 9 and Anna 6 and most of all Stefani 17 and Victor who made this possible by asking us to come and pray for his friends daughter.

Please remember this family with me in your prayers as well as all the churches where we work and visit. Remember Tepic and Gudalajara and the pastors who welcome us to come and minister. Please pray for provision to return to these places to minister the love of Jesus and preach the Good News.

We love you all so much and thank you for all your support. Our trip was a blessed time in Jesus and we could not of made it with out you, your support and prayers.

Guadalajara

Hello, I am so excited because I leave on Monday at 12:00 to head to Guadalajara for 10 days and then on to Tepic for another 11 days. Sister Lupita and I will be traveling and ministering too, during this time and we sure could use your prayers. I know God has plans, and that our steps are ordered of him and he will lead and direct us. Still we can use your prayers to cover us and help us. Pray for Gods wonderful power and anointing to fall on his people like never before, and pray for his will in all things. Please pray for unity in us and with the Holy Spirit. Pray for an outpouring from heaven. We truly appreciate your prayers and love. Please also pray for Scott and Kenny who will be home alone.

God bless you and thank you so much,

Love Jeanine

Baja Soul Activity Report: April 4, 2009

We just came home from a hotdog outreach where we gave away, 100 lbs of rice, 100 lbs of beans and 150 lbs of potatoes plus hotdogs and drink. We did this over at our church, Fuente de Agua Viva(Fountain of living Water) we just set up a couple tables out front and bam the people came in droves. Many of the church members came to help evangelize the area and speak with the people as they came for the food. It was an incredible time and it went fast. We were set up and ready to go at 11:00am and by 12:30 we were out of everything. There were so many people who came. I know good seeds were sown for the kingdom of God.

Matthew 25:35
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,

Matthew 10:42
And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will certainly not lose his reward.

It was a fast and furious pace as the needs are growing here in Tijuana with the economy problems of the US this hits here very hard. A lot of the US factories here in Tijuana are closing and so many people are out of work. They were all so thankful for the food and enjoyed the hot dogs and visiting. God is so gracious and good to us. Truly we are a blessed people. I know we could easily of given away 200 lbs of rice and beans and potatoes. This is something to pray about we need to enlarge our outreaches. I know God will provide as he always does.

We just want to say thank you for all you sow into the work for the Lord here in Tijuana Mexico we the Barnets appreciate you and love your faithfulness so much. Together we are reaching out to the lost with the love of Jesus and making a difference.

God bless you,

Scott, Jeanine, Annalyn and Kenny

Hello, we are just having so much fun with my Mom, Jackie Parker here I had to give an update of the services.

She was with us working away at the outreach where the federal police showed up. She later told me she was praying,” Lord they won’t shoot her for giving out food will they?” She soon saw them laughing and smiling with me and visiting away. While they took off their masks and gloves they are not allowed to put down the machine guns and rifles they carry. But it was an amazing and exciting day for everyone.

We preached in our first service last Sunday night with Pastor Mario and it was wonderful. God moved over his people and really touched the pastors. God is so good and faithful I love how he moves and how he works in his people’s hearts and lives.

Last night we preached in our church with Pastor Carlos and it was even better then Sunday. Mom really let loose and preached a good message that truly touched everyone’s heart. We had awesome prayer and ministry after the sermon and it was an awesome night. God is so faithful and good. He always knows just how to move and just what to say to his people.

It is so exciting to have my Mom here and I long for the day my parents are living here and working with us full time in the ministry. This will fulfill a word to us from God so long ago but we have just held on to it knowing in God’s time it would happen.

Please continue to pray for us and the services we are having and ministering in while my Mom is here. We truly appreciate your prayer and faithfulness to what we do here.

We thought you might enjoy seeing some pictures of the services. I unfortunately do not have photos of the outreach as I am not use to having to carry my camera as that was always Anna’s job and I am still trying to adjust and learn to remember but I will get it soon.. Thanks for your patience.

Love you dearly, and God bless you,
